A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width overall, consisting of an irregular shaped octagon divided horizontally green at top with a silver gray mailed right hand placed in the center grasping three white lightning flashes, one vertical and two crossed diagonally; silver gray at bottom with a green ivy leaf centrally placed. Attached below a green scroll inscribed “FIT FOR ANY TEST” in silver.
