A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in width consisting of a shield blazoned as follows: Azure (Dark Blue), an equilateral triangle Vert surmounted by a lightning bolt in bend sinister throughout Or, in dexter chief a mullet of the last, all within a bordure Or. Attached below and to the sides of the shield a Green tripartite scroll inscribed “COURAGEOUS AND VERSATILE” in Gold.
